More of Zions

Jane came for a visit May 30Th and stayed until June 8Th. We had so much fun.

We cleaned out my closet and took clothes to the Deseret Industries. We went to the movie. We did a session at the St. George Temple and that was a lot of fun. Annette was working and Teresa Hafen and her daughter came to visit while Seth, Jonah and Teresa's girls went to EFY. They had a blast and while they were gone we did to. Jane took Eliza to Deseret Industeries to buy her some clothes. We found so many bargains and everyone went home with a bag of goodies. I was sad to see her go and hope she'll come back again and I'll be able to move on to another project without getting too emotional and not too tired. Jane can work circles around everyone and she truly has a Christ like Spirit. Thanks Jane for all you do for our family. :)

More fun pictures from our trip to Zions. :)

Jane and I hiking up to see the weeping rock. We found it a little more up hill than we thought. It was beautiful as you can see from the other pictures.

I hope you cana see the water run down the rocks. What a sight. It was a beautiful day, not too warm and not too cold.

We are almost there. We were glad we had the railing to hang on to.

These are just a few shots of what we saw. The water was clear and cold.

Jane wanted us to get as close to the rocks and water as we ccould. The rocks were slippery but we managed one picture.
This is a sign that tells about The Weeping Rock. If you click on the picture you can read more about it..
Jane wanted to take this picture and get the tall mountain as well as us. At one point she was laying on the ground but it still didn't look right to her. It was a fun trip.
The shuttle that took us into Zions. It was tricky getting the picture, they were moving so fast getting all of the visitors inside and ready to go to the next station.

This is the way you see Zions now. A shuttle takes you all around the park, you can get off any time you want, hike take pictures and then catch the shuttle to another spot. You eventually end up where you started. The bus drivers are great and they tell you a lot of in formation you might not know before you start out.

This moose or elk I guess was in a fenced yard on the way up and we got a great picture of it on the way down. You can see it is losing his winter coat of skin. You can see a small herd of them laying down. When we went up they were right next to the fence where we could get a good picture and then they moved. As Eliza would say. "go figure."

I love Zion's! Ben and I went there for my first time on our honeymoon so I have fond memories of it too. I love all the wildlife and the beautiful scenery. We are hoping to go there this weekend!
