The theme was pirates and Jane decided we had to dress up. It was fun dressing Jonah, Eliza and Annette. They were earning money to support their water polo team next year.
We were glad Jonah was not afraid to poise with us. Is he "Yummy" or not?
Showing how much he likes his sister.

Grandpa Pete wanted all of the pictures taken to be on the blog.

The Southwest Wildlife Foundation was founded in 1997. November of 2000 Rocky Mountain Power donated 22.6 majestic canyon acres in Cedar City to create a permanent wildlife rescue facility and nature park. Spring of 2003 brought a paved walking and bicycle trail connecting the 23 acre nature park area to the city's existing trail system. 2004 the National Park Service awarded a technical assistance "grant" to build support for the development of the Southwestern Utah Nature Center. A Visitors Center will provide information, exhibits and programs on wildlife, plants, the environment and natural history. Below you'll see some of the trained birds shown at the fair.
This Falcon was at the fair. What a beautiful bird.
