SARA JANE VILLEGAS

John and I are team teaching the Gospel Essential Class in Sunday School. With the summer we had very few people attending our class so we decided to go to the Gospel Doctrine class when Kimberly Armstrong ask us about the class. John told her there was no one to teach that day and she said,"I have someone " and brought Sara and Serigo into the class. What a delightful person Sara Was. She had read everything that the missionaries had given her and retained. Serigo wasn't quite ready for baptism but allowed her to do it.
A week after the baptism they moved to Canyon City CO. We miss them and hope to see them soon.
Our daughter,Annette was thee for the baptism and it was good. We were surprised and thrilled when Sara ask John to baptize her.
I was Aura,CO and Highlands Ranch CO and talked to Sara on the phone. We hoped to meet at my grandson's track meet but Sara was called into work and we missed connections.
We e-mail and write letters back and forth and that is great.
We will be happy to hear Sergio's baptisms date.
Thank you Kimberley for sharing the gospel with these two fine people.

Michelle Herd is one of the instructors. When she was a student she did my hair. She is very good. She is also the secretary of the Tuesday Night Bowling League that we have bowled in for many years. She is very good in everything she does.

Dana is Kari's sister. She is an instructor also.

Cortney was also a student here and did my hair.She is an instructor now. She went on a mission for the LDS Church, New York,New York. She is the greatest and always has this great smile on her face. She is getting married in February. Her future husband is one lucky man.
All of the instructors make sure we are happy with thier students work and can fix any problems we might think we have. # 1 in our books. !!!! :)
There are many clients from Padre Lakes, we all enjoy the talent of the students at The Hairitage Hair Academy. They make us feel very important !!!!!

Karen Lyman is my beautician now. She puts up with all my days I need to change. When I go to CO or with John to his softball games. Thanks Karen for being so sweet to me.

This is a back view of Karen Lyman's hair extensions. They are beautiful aren't they? Karen is from a little town near Delta, UT. She will graduate in November.. Karen is waiting for a missionary in Samoa.

Aunt Myra McClellan Henline passed away July 21, 2009. She was born November 3, 1916. Her funeral was Tuesday July 28 2009 in Magna UT. She was mama's first cousin and she married daddy's brother so we were related twice.
It was a lovely funeral, the shortest 1 1/2 funeral I've been to in a long time.

We had a few memories of when we went to Magna for the 4Th of July and to Spanish Fork for the 24Th. I'll write more about them later.

I was sorry I missed getting pictures of Maxine, Phyllis and Lana. I thought I could get more at the cemetery but it didn't work out that way.

ROTARY CENTENNIAL VETERANS PARK In Cedar City UT

John, Annette and I had a great time in Panquitch. We came home had breakfast at I HOP, and then went to Rotary Centinnial Veterans Park in Cedar City. Here are a few things we saw and I enjoyed them so much.

The landscapers did a great layout on this park. There are a lot of parks being built to honor our Military Men and Women and this one is just as great as the others we have seen in surrounding areas. The sky was so beautiful and the flags are flying in the wind and it is a beautiful site to see.
